The RC Process
How we construct durable reinforced concrete structures.
Design & Prep
We review structural drawings and prepare the groundworks, ensuring levels are exact before any steel arrives.
Steel Fixing
Skilled steel fixers install the rebar cages, tying them securely to provide tensile strength to the concrete.
Shuttering
We construct the formwork (moulds) using timber or specialist systems to hold the concrete in shape.
Pour & Cure
Concrete is poured, vibrated to remove air pockets, and left to cure before the shutters are struck (removed).

Yes. We specialize in watertight concrete construction, utilizing waterbars and additives to ensure basements and retaining structures are fully resistant to water ingress, adhering to BS 8102 standards.
We can supply, cut, and bend steel reinforcement to your engineer's schedule, or we can work with steel provided by you. We handle the full installation (fixing) on-site.
