Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we can arrange for an asbestos survey and coordinate the safe removal of licensed and non-licensed asbestos prior to main demolition works.

In most cases, yes. Demolition often requires prior approval from the local council. We can assist in advising on the necessary notices (Section 80/81) required for the demolition process.

We aim to recycle 95% of demolition arisings. Concrete and brick are crushed to create 6F2 hardcore for reuse, timber is recycled, and metals are scrapped. Landfill is always a last resort.
