The enquiry form asks for your name, email, telephone number, site postcode, project type, timing and a description of the work. You can optionally include access details, drawing stage, discovery source and a calculator estimate. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Information is used to assess your request, communicate with you, prepare a quotation where appropriate and maintain records needed for the project. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The form asks for acknowledgement of this use; where necessary the relevant basis may include steps you request before a contract or legitimate business interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the service.
This website is hosted on IONOS. Enquiries are delivered to LG through its IONOS hosting and email services. No successful-send message is displayed unless the delivery service accepts the message. Hosting and mail providers process information needed to operate those services.
Enquiry and project records should be kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, project and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask LG about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at the Information Commissioner’s Office website.
