Start with the next decision

Tell us whether you are exploring feasibility, preparing a quotation or ready to build. An early conversation can identify missing groundworks information; a detailed price needs a defined design and scope. Keep your architect’s, engineer’s and drainage information together so the different parts can be reviewed as one package.

Plan for living beside the work

If the property remains occupied, show the route you need to keep open, the services that must remain in use and any shared access. The logistics plan should cover deliveries, temporary protection, spoil removal and the handover between groundworks and the builder.

What your package may include

Clearance, foundation excavation, concrete, below-ground drainage, service routes, slab preparation and muck-away can be coordinated where the scope is suitable. State whether old structures, drainage diversions and external making-good are included so the quotation reflects the whole job.

  • Extension and replacement-home foundations
  • Foul and surface-water drainage
  • Concrete and oversite preparation
  • Excavation and material movement

Get ready for a useful quotation

Send the site address, current drawings, access photographs, project stage and target date. Add any trial-pit, service or drainage survey information. If a detail is not yet confirmed, say so; visible assumptions lead to clearer decisions.

Useful questions, answered.
